Since you're here chances are that you've been thinking of buying a new home. Usually what most of us do is browse through the internet to see what's on offer, probably looked at some dream homes too, but then when you get serious you concentrated on the affordable ones that meet your needs. Before you know it you've probably called a string of agents. Let's face it, since when do you select an agent as carefully as the home you want to live in?
Good agents however are worth their weight in gold. A good agent can not only sell your home for top dollar and guide you through all the pitfalls but also help you find that dream home too! Did you know that the more successful agents share their stock to better serve their clients? So since when do you have to deal with a string of agents?
Like doctors, good agents work by referral. Do you remember the last time you moved to a new place and needed a doctor? You more than likely asked someone to recommend one for you. Since when do you just go to the first one in the phone book?
Some of my past clients had this to say.
"..., of all the estate agents seen he was the only one well prepared - very impressive." Deon and Monica van Wyk.
"I am impressed with your kindness, as so often these days idle promises never materialise." Jeanne Mather.
"Your help, patience and concern for us is a very rare quality found in business these days." Eileen and Henry Manning.
"..., at all times, most professional, obliging and efficient in all my dealings with him" T.G. Goodricke.
"I found you to be obliging, co-operational and patient to deal with, for which I thank you" Mervyn Hilliard-Lomas.
"... and nothing was too much trouble for you. You sorted out my queries timeously and pleasantly" Wendy Donald.
"It is refreshing to know that there are lovely people like yourself that take business and customer service so seriously.
You made what I know can be a stressful process, (especially from the other side of the world) run seamlessly and for that we are in your gratitude." Antonette King-Mullings. (UK)
As you know it takes time to make a good wine. So the question is...
Since when have I been in real estate?
