The office is tucked away behind the staircase and from there you go into the main kitchen.  This is a spacious room with lots of counter and cupboard space and an L-shaped breakfast counter.  It has a double sink, separate prep bowl and a fitted stove/oven.  All in all a clean, practical and user-friendly work space.

The owner’s living quarters downstairs consists of a lounge, bedroom, dressing area and a spacious en-suite bathroom with corner bath and big shower.  It is away from the guest rooms and is private.

The upstairs area after ending a busy work day is a joy.  The living area is a calm one where you can simply uncoil on the sofa and let go of the day’s worries.  From there you walk out onto the deck which overlooks the courtyard and garden.  Here you can enjoy making a cup of coffee in the open kitchenette and amble along to one of the seven well decorated guest rooms.  The layout of these rooms around the courtyard give off a mellow & harmonious sense of community and belonging.  Each room has tea and coffee making facilities, a tv and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

This guesthouse is looking for an enthusiastic purchaser who will polish her up and saturate her full potential.  Needs to be seen to be appreciated.
